CLARKESVILLE - North Georgia Technical College Auto Collision Technology student Justin Postell of Andrews, North Carolina, and Automotive Technology student James Burns of Toccoa recently received a tools scholarship from the Northeast Georgia Antique Auto Region.<br />

Chosen from almost 100 students in the NGTC Automotive programs, Postell and Burns each received a gift certificate to be used for equipment in their chosen future professions. <br />
