Group to expand access to housing discrimination services to Hall, three other counties

ATLANTA (AP) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded an Atlanta group a grant to fight housing discrimination, focusing on areas near Hall and three other northeast Georgia counties<br /> <br /> Federal officials said Wednesday that Metro Fair Housing Services Inc. has been awarded a $325,000 grant. The money is part of $38.3 million in grants that have been given to more than 100 fair housing groups across the country.<br /> <br /> Officials say Metro Fair Housing Services will use the money to open a satellite office in northern Gwinnett County to expand access to people near Forsyth, Hall, Barrow and Jackson counties.
