GAINESVILLE -- Tae Turner scored with 1:02 left to lift Lakeview Academy to a thrilling 29-27 win over Hebron Christian Friday night in Region 8-A action.<br />

Turner had another big night for the Lions (2-3, 2-1 Region 8-A) scoring three rushing touchdowns and picking off two Hebron passes.<br />

Lakeview led 14-0 at halftime on two Turner touchdowns. Hebron (3-3, 1-3) trimmed the lead to 14-7 in the third quarter and then tied the game <br />
early in the fourth quarter. The Lions reclaimed the lead 30 seconds later on a 55-yard touchdown pass from David Abee to Trystan Regnier for a 20-14 lead.<br />

Hebron took its first lead, 21-20, with seven minutes left but Lakeview took a 23-21 lead four minutes later on a 24-yard field goal from Jack Perkins. Hebron again reclaimed the lead on the ensuing kickoff when Jaquan Gibson returned it 97-yards for a 27-21 lead with 2:53 left in the game.<br />

Turner finished with 83 yards rushing for Lakeview. Abee was 17-of-32 passing for 251 yards.
