New S. Hall apartment complex in the works

FLOWERY BRANCH - More than 350 new apartment units are planned in the South Hall area, according an application filed with the Hall County Planning Department.

KHTW is asking the county to rezone a 29.4-acre tract at Spout Springs Road near Hog Mountain Road.

Plans call for a 352-unit apartment complex on the property as well "limited commercial uses."

The matter goes before Hall County planners Monday at 5:15 at the Hall County Government Center.
