Girls basketball: Lady Vikings shock North Hall

GAINESVILLE -- The East Hall girls pulled off a big road upset Tuesday knocking off North Hall 60-47 in a Region 7-AAA contest.

Jatasia Bailey poured in a game-high 25 points to lead the Lady Vikings (10-9, 3-6 Region 7-AAA) who have won two straight games for the first time in three weeks. Chelsea Dale added 15 points for East Hall.

North Hall (10-7, 4-4) was paced by Sydney Cleveland with 14 points. Sadie Cleveland had 11 points and Katie Sayres 10 for the Lady Trojans, who have lost three straight region games and four straight overall.

North Hall next will travel to White County on Friday. East Hall will play host to Dawson County on Friday.
