Elachee launches Naturversity series

GAINESVILLE - Elachee Nature Science Center recently launched its Naturversity lecture series.<br /> <br /> The first of three scheduled programs last week featured David Yenerall, Instructor of Astronomy/ Physics, Georgia Perimeter College. Yenerall's presentation, "The Van Allen Probes," focused on the impact of the Van Allen Probes on what is known about the radiation belts that lie above the earth's atmosphere. <br /> <br /> The next two planned lectures are as follows:<br /> <br /> Thursday, February 13
