SUWANEE - All but 20 employees of a Suwanee logistics business will be affected by a company move this summer.
Menlo Worldwide Logistics plans to close its Suwanee warehouse starting in June, according to a report in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The newspaper said 130 employees will lose their jobs, while 20 workers will be retained in the move to Chatsworth.
Menlo provides warehousing and distribution management services for various manufacturers..
The Suwanee warehouse is located at 3200 Shawnee Industrial Way.
Layoffs are expected to begin in June, and the warehouse will be closed by December.
