Undercover drug investigation leads to arrest

By Bryan Pirkle Reporter
GAINESVILLE - Agents with the Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad, along with deputies from the Hall County Sheriff's Office, made an arrest today following an undercover drug investigation.

28-year-old Kenny Choe Pogue, arriving at a pre-determined location in the 3500 block of Gilleland Extension in Gainesville, was arrested after authorities discovered approximately $9,300-worth of methamphetamine and a collapsible baton in his possession.

Pogue, who now faces charges of trafficking methamphetamine and possession of a concealed weapon, also had $6,000 in cash on his person at the time of his arrest.

Pogue was later booked into the Hall County Jail.
