WHMS students first in line for Elachee's 'All About Energy' program

GAINESVILLE - Elachee Nature Science Center's E-house opened for students Wednesday with West Hall Middle School students visiting for the new "All About Energy" program.

The E-House demonstrates alternative energy and sustainable building and is a collaborative Hall County EnviroShare Project with the Appalachian Regional Commission, Elachee, Hall County, Hall County Schools, Lanier Technical College and ZF Wind Power.

The building will be open to the public starting on Saturday, April 20 as part of Elachee's Earth Day celebration.
