Chestatee-Chattahoochee RC&D Council recognized by national group

DEMOREST - The Chestatee-Chattahoochee RC&D Council has been reauthorized as an enhanced (Tier II) member of the National Association's Circle of Diamonds program.<br /> <br /> This means it maintains its status as one of approximately 25 RC&D Councils (out of 375 nationwide) that have qualified for enhanced membership. <br /> <br /> The National Association of RC&D Councils (NARC&DC) represents America's Resource Conservation and Development Councils, non-profit organizations that work to protect natural resources and develop rural economies. <br /> <br /> The Chestatee/Chattahoochee Council serves 13 northeast Georgia counties, including Hall.<br /> <br /> For more information on Chestatee/Chattahoochee RC&D Council, visit www.chestchattrcd.org, phone 706- 894-1591 or email susan.ccrcd@gmail.com.
