No one hurt in minor accident involving school bus

GAINESVILLE - Hall County school officials said no one was hurt in a minor traffic accident involving a school bus Monday morning in south Hall County.

According to school system spokesman Gordon Higgins, bus 2010, driven by Sheila Jackson, hit the rear of a stopped vehicle on Spout Springs Road around 8:00 a.m. Higgins said the bus couldn't stop before hitting the vehicle.

School officials said the 13 student passengers were picked up by another bus and taken to C.W. Davis Middle School.

The Georgia State Patrol is handling the investigation.
