Boys basketball: Lions edge out Commerce

COMMERCE -- The Lakeview Academy boys basketball team edged past Commerce 60-57 on Tuesday in Commerce.

The Lions (14-6, 8-2 Region 8-A) were led by 17 points from Austin Montgomery, while Rick Valentine added 15. Joel Larsen also scored 12.

Thomas McMillan scored a game-high 18 for Commerce.

Lakeview will play host to Towns County on Friday.
