FCFD holiday fire prevention tips

CUMMING - The holiday season is here. Many homes and businesses are decorated and aglow with the bright lights of the season and toys and other gifts are being bought.

With all that comes some fire prevention safety tips from the Forsyth County Fire Department (FCFD).

"The Forsyth County Fire Department encourages everyone to take precautionary measures to help ensure safety throughout the holiday season," said Fire Chief Danny Bowman. "Responsible use of items such as lights and decorations can help prevent fires and injuries."
