Pageant of Hope coming to Winder

WINDER - The Pageant of Hope is coming to Winder Sunday to give children and teens fighting serious illnesses the chance to be a "prince" or "princess" for a day.

This noncompetitive pageant will feature 15 volunteers, (including four national queens, two American Idol finalists, and a professional make-up artist) and 36 participants.

The pageant will last from 2:00-4:00 at the Colleen O. Williams Theater, Winder Cultural Arts Center, on East Athens Street.
