Reminder: "Fall back" !

By Staff
UNDATED - Winter is approaching and it's time for most Americans to fall back thanks to the annual shift back to standard time.

Clocks shift back an hour to standard time at two a-m Sunday, local time.

That'll give an extra hour of sleep to most people Saturday night - and an extra hour of work for those on the overnight shift.

Those who don't must remember to set them back Sunday - or they'll be an hour out of sync with the rest of the community.

If they still haven't remembered to do it by Monday morning, they could be an hour early for work.

Daylight savings time will resume on March 10, 2013.
