Something new at LCCA

By Ken Stanford Reporter
GAINESVILLE - Lanier Career Charter Academy (LCCA) has opend a day spa covering all areas of Cosmetology, including salon business and advanced services in hair, skin and nails.

Reflections Salon and Spa is a cosmetology student-operated business, under the supervision of a licensed Cosmetology Instructor. Students are trained in theory and practical services for a total of 250 hours before offering services to the general public.

Services include hair, skin, and nail. As with all training, speed comes with experience, so the public is encouraged to allow more time when using Reflections Salon and Spa.

LCCA serves the high schools in Hall County, providing students with a passion for careers in the hospitality, culinary arts, and marketing industries. It provides students the opportunity to learn in a real work environment, helping to manage and run one of five businesses: Corner Cafe coffee shop, Get Gifted gift shop, Bistro at the Oaks fine dining restaurant, Meeting & Events conference center, and Design 360 personalized promotions lab.

It is located at 2723 Tumbling Creek Road.
