Girls basketball: North Hall gets by White County

CLEVELAND -- North Hall won for the fourth time in five games after knocking off White County 51-46 in Region 8A-AAA on the road.

McKenna Rushton paced North Hall (12-5, 3-0 in subregion) with 17 points. Sister Mary Kate Rushton added 14 points and Taylor Swoszowski had 13 for the Lady Trojans.

It was the saecond straight loss for White County (6-9, 1-2). Cassie Carter led the Lady Warriors with 14 points and Jayme Whitfield had 10.
