LAWRENCEVILLE - No one was hurt when a roof collapsed Thursday morning at a Lawrenceville nursing home.
Crews apparently had been working on the roof of the Golden Living Center on Scenic Highway when the incident occurred over the dining area of the facility.
The 109 residents were evacuated from the building temporarily, but have since been moved back inside to a safe area, according to Gwinnett Fire officials.
An investigation is underway.
