Search Committee Named For New W.C. Chamber President

(Cleveland)- The White County Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee  has announced the formation of  a search committee for  the purpose of finding a new president of the organization.

Current president Judy Walker announced last week that she was stepping down to spend time with her family.  Walker  has served in that capacity for nine years.

Josh Kinsey, Chairman Elect said the search committee is made up of  10 community leaders.. five of  those are from the Executive Committee. The other five are made up of various community leaders, primary elected county and city officials. 


Chamber Board Chair  Holly Hunt,  last week praised Walker for her service and said they will not rush the task to find a replacement and hope to attract someone with  experience  in this type position.
