NICHOLSON - State and local authorities are investigating the death of a woman in a house fire in Nicholson on Saturday night.
The fire was reported around 6:15 p.m. at 55 Jennings Lane. Firefighters arrived at the scene to find a double-wide mobile home fully engulfed in flames. Bystanders told firefighters someone was trapped inside the home. The victim was found in a bedroom of the burned home.
Her identity has not been released. Authorities have not yet determined a cause for the fire.
