As for construction Pope said there is no money available, but they are perusing different avenues to get that funding, because not only is this project important to the local area is a vital part of the state transportation system.

She also said, there  are two new projects proposed for White County.  These new projects are called "roundabouts",  a circular type intersection.  The roundabouts are proposed for two intersections on state route 384, Duncan Bridge Road.  One at highway  255 and 254 intersections. Right now there is no funding for the design  or construction.
