Sheriff's Department Investigate Mail Box Vandalism

(Cleveland)- The White County Sheriff's office is investigating a rash of mail box vandalism.  Captain Jim Couch, sheriff department spokesman said at least 13 mail boxes in the western part of  Cleveland have been knocked down. 

The vandalism has occurred in the Asbury Mill, Alex Stringer, Whiskey Still, Gene Nix and Sandy Flats Roads. The reports started coming in this week and Couch said they are working to gain leads to who might be doing this.

Residents of those are  asked to keep a watchful eye and report any suspicious vehicle or noise around your or your neighbors mail boxes.
