ATLANTA - As a week of qualifying for the non-partisan races that will be on the ballot in Georgia in November continues, two judges in the Gainesville-based Northeastern Judicial Circuit have qualified for re-election.
They are Jason Deal and C. Andrew Fuller.
In addition, the district attorney for the Enotah Judicial Circuit, Stan Gunter of Blairsville, is one of three people who have qualified so far for a seat on the Georgia Court of Appeals.
And, two incumbent Superior Court judges in the Enotah circuit whose offices will be on the ballot this year, David Barrett and Lynn Alderman, have qualified.
