Fund established for jailer's children

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Sheriff's Office has finalized plans for a memorial fund for the family of one of its officers.

Officer Larry Perry, who is a jailer for Hall County, lost his twin sons in a traffic accident over the weekend. The 4-year-old boys, Christian and Keyshawn, were killed along with four other family members, including their mother, as they traveled in Florida.

The Sheriff's office has set up a memorial fund for the boys at United Community Bank. Contributions may be made at any United Community Bank branch or donations may be dropped off at the sheriff's office headquarters on Main Street or the county jail.
