SUWANEE - Gwinnett County Police confirm that a missing teen from Suwanee has been found.

At 2 p.m. Monday, authorities said members with the Alpha Team canine search and rescue located 17-year-old Jacob Pitman. They said Pitman was found in good health and unharmed in the Duluth area.

Police said the North Gwinnett High School student went missing from his home overnight.

The Special Victims Unit was involved in the search for Pitman, since authorities believed the teen may have tried to harm himself.
