Thurmond, Swafford named Georgia Master Certified Emergency Managers

DAWSONVILLE - The Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) Office of Homeland Security (OHS) formally recognized Director Billy Thurmond and Deputy Director Lanier Swafford of the Dawson County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) as Georgia Master Certified Emergency Managers during the Dawson County Commission meeting August 27, 2009.
