WINDER - When Barrow County authorities were notified over the weekend that an unconscious teenage girl had been dropped off at the Barrow County Medical Center, they weren't sure how she got there. After an investigation, they found out she had been at an underage drinking party. The adults who allegedly provided the booze are now facing multiple charges.
Authorities said Horace Hutchinson, 36, and his wife Stacey Hutchinson, 28, both of Bethlehem, face a total of 22 charges in connection with the Friday night party. In addition, Horace Hutchinson has been accused of tattooing two persons under the age of 21.
