Gainesville man faces child molestation, other charges

CUMMING - A Gainesville man is facing almost two dozen charges in light of sexual misconduct involving minors.

The Forsyth County grand jury last week indicted 41-year-old Kenneth Dustin Grant of Gainesville on a total of 23 counts including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and sexual exploitation of a child.

According to court documents, many of the charges involve one girl under the age of 16; another involves that child's sister. The indictment also charges that Grant was in possession of a number of photographs depicting minors in sexually explicit situations.

Grant is to be arraigned on the charges Nov. 25.
