RUSSELLVILLE, ARKANSAS - No. 24 Arkansas Tech's Robert Woods caught a 21-yard pass from quarterback Cole Barthel in overtime Saturday to beat West Georgia 28-21.<br>

Woods also caught the game-tying touchdown from Barthel with 3:21 remaining in the fourth quarter.<br>

In the matchup in Russellville, Arkansas Tech scored first with a 26-yard field goal from Travis Cockerham with 12:17 remaining in the first quarter. But West Georgia followed with a 50-yard touchdown run by freshman James Kinnebrew.<br>

Arkansas Tech scored once more in the first, with a 6-yard pass from Barthel to Justin McCutcheon.<br>

At halftime, West Georgia led by 14-10, after Kinnebrew scored on a 2-yard run. In the third quarter, West Georgia's Adam Patrick scored on a 21-yard run.<br>

But Arkansas Tech made up a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter with a 24-yard field goal from Cockerham and a touchdown by Woods, who scored on a 30-yard pass from Barthel.<br>

After Arkansas Tech's overtime score, West Georgia quarter Brett Yenser was sacked and fumbled the ball, leading to the Tech victory.
