Gainesville couple arrested on drug charges

GAINESVILLE - A Gainesville man and woman face drugs charges after their arrests at a house in north Gainesville.

Lt. Scott Ware of the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad says Stephanie Diane Bryson and Joseph Scott Songer were arrested during a raid on Songer's home at 1419 North Enota Avenue.

Lt. Scott Ware with the Gainesville-Hall County Gang Task Force says agents confiscated, "Cocaine, marijuana, numerous types of illegal prescription medications, packaging materials, scales."

The street value of the drugs seized was approximately $6,600.00.

Bryson and Songer were booked at the Hall County Detention Center.
