GAINESVILLE - Still undecided about who to vote for in next Tuesday's hotly-contested state Senate runoff? Then maybe you should be at Fire Mountain Restaurant in Gainesville Saturday morning.
That's when Mark Musselwhite and Lee Hawkins are scheduled to appear jointly at a meeting of the the Conservative Forum.
"This is a chance to hear from both Lee Hawkins and Mark Musselwhite just three days before the August 8th run-off," said Kerry Cook, chairman of the Hall County Republican Party. "Given the importance of this senate seat and the close vote in the July 18th primary, we¹re expecting a big crowd."
Fire Mountain Restaurant is at 2415 Browns Bridge Road. The forum is free and will begin at 8:30. (If you so choose, you can buy an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast, but will not be required to do so.)
