Vision 2030 edited, revised draft about ready

GAINESVILLE - The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce is about ready to roll out the edited, revised Vision 2030 draft report.

Two public feedback sessions will be held next week - one Tuesday evening 5:30-7:30 and the other Wednesday 9:00-5:00, both at chamber headquarters in Gainesville.

Vision 2030 Executive Director Denise Deal says a few weeks ago, the Vision 2030 Steering Committee took the seven Vision 2030 planning groups' work and edited and revised it. Deal says the resulting document is the edited and revised Draft Report.

She said the document is available on the Vision 2030 Web site, www.vision2030.org. Look for the link to the Draft Report.

Vision 2030 is a chamber initiative designed to, with lots of public input, put together a "vision" for what Gainesville-Hall County should be like 25 years from now.
