GAINESVILLE - Riverbend Baptist Church in Gainesville has a new pastor.
Matt Wethington, 33, has been associate pastor at Sugar Hill Baptist for the past three years.
Riverbend has been without a senior pastor for the past 19 months since Bucky Kennedy left to become pastor of First Baptist Church in Vidalia.
