GAINESVILLE - Just two weeks after considering proposals for 424 new homes, the Hall County Planning Commission October 17 will be asked to look at plans for another 147.
One of the applications is for a 48-lot subdivision on Clarks Bridge Road at Bogus Road.
The other calls for 99 homes on 158 acres at Lula and Glade Farm roads.
On October 3, planners recommended approval of 246 homes in signing off on five of six subdivision requests that came before them.
