Grizzle trial to continue well into next week

GAINESVILLLE - Public Defender Brad Morris reviewed photo evidence Thursday afternoon in the third day of the James Matthew Grizzle murder trial in Hall County.

A sheriff's investigator identified snapshot evidence from the scene of James Smith's fatal stabbing fourteen months ago at Belton Bridge Park.

Observers say the trial is far from concluding, with nearly a full week of testimony the state has not rested. The trial of this 20 year old defendant accused of murder during a mud bugging party gone tragically wrong is expected to continue well into next week.
