New Hall industrial park planned

GAINESVILLE - A new industrial park is in the works for the Gainesville area and would be located in the East Hall area.

Eberly & Associates, Inc. is scheduled to take its proposal to the Hall County Planning Commission September 7.

Its asking for a rezoning from AR-III to I-I of 190+ acres on the west side of Old Cornelia Highway near Cagle Road.

Among the other items on the agenda is a rezoning request from HIS Properties, Inc., from AR-III to R-I for a 68-acre tract on Grant Ford Road near Smith Mill Road, where a 42-lot subdivision is planned.
