GAINESVILLE - The Newtown Florist Club is already making plans for the construction of another home in the Newtown part of Gainesville which it will market to low-income families. <br>

The club showed off it's first such dwelling - located on Black Drive - last week.<br>

Mary Faulkner, project manager for the club, says the club is looking at other possible sites for more such homes on the southside of Gainesville. <br>
<br>
Faulkner says the club started the project in hopes of keep more home ownership in the neighborhood after a number of houses in Newtown were bought by outsiders.<br>
