Ray Jones has been on the GTC board since 1996. Jones is also a member of the Jackson EMC Board of Directors.<br> <br> *Three Sisters Vineyards & Winery is featured as the Georgia pick for best winery on Turner South&#39;s &#34;Blue Ribbon Wineries&#34; show which will premiere on April 16. &#34;Blue Ribbon&#34; is a half-hour, weekly &#34;best of&#34; series that airs on the Turner South Television Network. <br> <br> *Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting for the new Habersham Hills Cinemas 6 Theatre in Habersham County is set for Friday, April 16. <br> <br> *The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the annual Small Business of the Year Award to recognize an outstanding small business and Greater Hall <br> Chamber member for 2003-2004 and for a new award: the Family Business of the Year Award, created to recognize a family-owned company in business for 25-plus years. <br> <br>
