One injured in Atlanta Highway wreck

GAINESVILLE - No one was seriously injured in a wreck Sunday night on Atlanta Highway at Ray Street in south Gainesville.

Investigators say the wreck involved two pickups - one of which turned into the path of the other.

The driver of the pickup that caused the wreck was Gabriel C. Hernandez, 20, Sugar Hill. The driver of the other truck was Arthur Chambers, 62, Lawrenceville. Hernandez was charged with driving without a license and failure to yield right of way.

A passenger in Chambers' truck was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
