Another senior housing complex proposed in Gainesville

GAINESVILLE - Gainesville may soon have another senior citizen residential complex.

A request for a senior citizen residetial community is scheduled to go before the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board September 9th.

The site is near the Limestone Parkway intersection on the northside of town.

Also on the agenda for that meeting is a request for a small shopping center on Atlanta Highway at Near Way an animal emergency care center on Pearl Nix Parkway near Shallowford Road.
