Back to the polls Tuesday

GAINESVILLE - Voters in Hall County head back to the polls Tuesday for the general election runoffs - with only three local races on the ballot.

Voters will find runoffs in several statewide races - only one, however, on the Democratic ballot, for state school superintendent.

Republicans will find two contested statewide races on their ballot - lieutenant governor and secretary of state.

As far as Hall County races are concerned, there will be runoffs for GOP nominations for State Senate, county commission, and State House.
