CUMMING - The question of Sunday liquor sales will be on the ballot in Forsyth County in November.
Voters in the November 5th general election will be asked to decide the fate of Sunday liquor-by-the-drink sales.
Several Forsyth County restaurant operators asked for the referendum.
Such sales are already legal in a number of neighboring communities - including Gainesville and Fulton and Gwinnett counties. Flowery Branch voters recently approved the sales, and the city council last week held first reading on the ordinance that will govern the sales.
