More commercial development proposed on Brown's Bridge Road

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board is scheduled to consider plans for more commercial development on Brown&#39;s Bridge Road April 9.<br> <br> The board is slated to consider a rezoning request for nine acres at Brown&#39;s Bridge Road and Florence Drive April 9th.<br> <br> The site is near Pilgrim Estes Furniture.<br> <br> Peachtree Hall Partners said in its application that the proposed use of the tract is farm supply sales and a possible car dealership.
