After completing his testing, Lieutenant Garner was promoted and assigned to Station 4 on B Shift. “Marty brings a lot of experience and training to this position,” stated Chief Skinner. “He will do a good job in his new role.”

Emily Vinson House competed in her first power lifting competition called Powerlifting for Pups in Atlanta on Saturday. This was a meet where she could qualify for the National Championships. In order for her to qualify for the national championships, she needed to lift a total of 570lbs spread across three exercises – Squat, Bench press, and Dead Lift.
