NE Ga.'s unemployment rate rises to 6.2 percent in June; Gainesville rate still lowest in state
The Georgia Department of Labor announced Thursday morning that the unemployment rate in the Northeast Georgia region in June was 6.2 percent, up three-tenths of a percentage point from 5.9 percent in May.
