President Obama rebounded strongly from a disaster in the first presidential debate., An instant poll of 500 undecided voters showed Obama winning by a 7 point margin with 33% rating it a tie. Nonetheless, the same polls showed Mitt Romney winning by a nearly two-third majority the question of who would be best able to fix the economy.
