Maine Street Eats goes southern classic at Yellowfin.

By Bill Maine and the Maine Street Eats Crew

On this episode of Maine Street Eats, Bill and the crew  get a taste of the south with shrimp and grits from Yellofwin. Yellowfin and it's sister eatery, Recess, sit on Bradford St. here on Gainesville's square. This fine dining experince offers great seafood, pasta and a full bar, but the Maine Street Eats crew didn't come for any of that. Chef Justin's shimp and grits is what Bill Miane is after! Justin's spin on the Charleston classic features Italian sausage, a fried grit cake and red pepper tomato gravy to top it all off. Go give it a try and let us know where we should visit next!
