Isakson announces re-election leadership team; includes 30 Hall County residents

By AccessWDUN staff

U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., says more than 1,600 Georgians from across all 159 counties in the state have volunteered to help lead his 2016 campaign and ensure success on Election Day.

The group is led by the Georgia Republican congressional delegation along with Governor Nathan Deal and Republican statewide elected officials, including state representatives and senators. It includes the current and five former chairmen of the Georgia Republican Party. Thirty Hall County residents, some of them local elected officials, are on the list. The entire list can be found here.

Isakson is opposed in the Nov. 8 General Election by Democrat Jim Barksdale and Libertarian Allen Buckley.
