Sue Davis-Westmoreland, one of the people who teaches the Mental Health First Aid training classes through the United Way, discusses what the program is about, who to recognize people in crisis and why everyone should consider taking the class.
Davis-Westmoreland was the final guest in the Mind Matters series, airing each Wednesday in May. The series looks at community efforts to help people with mental illness get the treatment the need.
