Yelp recently named Atlanta Highway Seafood Market in Gainesville one of the top 100 seafood restaurants in the United States for 2024.
The restaurant landed at #61 on the list, which featured four other Georgia restaurants.
Atlanta Highway Seafood Market is located on Atlanta Highway near Pearl Nix Parkway in Gainesville.
"We identified businesses in the seafood category on Yelp with a large concentration of reviews mentioning “seafood,” then ranked those spots using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews between January 1, 2001, and December 13, 2023," the Yelp page said.
The restaurant's website said it was founded in 2008 by Phuong Le, who was raised in Biloxi, Mississippi. The majority of seafood provided at the restaurant is domestic and wild-caught, with seafood being brought in at least four times a week.
